All people should be able to live with personal autonomy and dignity and free from unlawful discrimination. ACS’s work in this area promotes laws and policies that promote individual liberty and address inequality resulting from discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender and reproductive status, sexual orientation, disability, and other factors.
