ACS Presents Gabe Lezra on Supreme Court Ethics
The George Barrett Social Justice Program and ACS are hosting Gabe Lezra from Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) to discuss Supreme Court ethics. This past year, there have been multiple scandals involving Supreme Court justices receiving gifts, and whether or not Congress can make them abide by an ethics code. Come hear from Gabe Lezra about what we as citizens should be concerned about and the ways CREW is advocating for changes! Free food will be provided.
Gabe Lezra is the Federal Policy Manager and Senior Counsel for CREW. Prior to working at CREW, he worked at the American Association for Justice. Gabe Lezra graduated from Georgetown University Law Center.

Yachts, private planes, book deals, gifts - the recent list of questionable ethics by the justices of the United States’ highest court is lengthy and has led to questions about the Supreme Courts’ lack of judicial ethics and accountability. Hosted by the Ohio Fair Courts Alliance and Common Cause Ohio, this forum features experts who will discuss the pressing need for robust judicial ethics and meaningful reforms for the US Supreme Court.
