Project 2025 Rebuttal - Protecting Independence in Governance

During this event, our expert panel will examine two of Project 2025's major policies that threaten independence in governance with partisan conflict:

1) The Reclassification of Schedule F employees, and 2) Changes to the DOJ, especially those which threaten prosecutorial discretion

The discussion will rotate between experts in constitutional law, admin law, and criminal prosecution, examining why public interest and justice, rather than partisan interests, should be the guiding star for government lawyers.
