Join the Northwestern ACS Student Chapter and the Chicago ACS Lawyer Chapter for a discussion with Professor Stephen Vladeck about his forthcoming book, "The Shadow Docket: How the Supreme Court Uses Stealth Rulings to Amass Power and Undermine the Republic." Professor Vladeck will also be discussing generally how the shadow docket functions, advantages and disadvantages of it, and recent SCOTUS decisions that were pushed through it.
