Weaponization of the First Amendment

Please join The UPenn ACS Student Chapter and Law Students For a Democratic Society (LSDS) for a law and political economy-focused discussion with Penn Law and Wharton Professor Amanda Shanor and Berkeley Law Professor, Ted Mermin. 

They will be discussing the weaponization of the First Amendment and its importance in the current judicial landscape, as well as its impact on economic justice and other areas.
