Next Friday, join the ACS UGA Law Student Chapter for a conversation with Professor Lori A. Ringhand on the nuts and bolts of election regulation. Many of the most contentious issues surrounding this year’s presidential election involve basic election administration.
Professor Ringhand will talk us through the basic laws undergirding voter registration, mail in and absentee voting, polling place operation, and the Electoral Count Act to help all of us become better consumers of news on election night.
