Professional Responsibility During Impeachment Proceedings

The Mondale chapters of The American Constitution Society and The Federalist Society present a talk by Professor Richard Painter, noted speaker and former chief ethics lawyer in the George W. Bush White House. Professor Painter will discuss ethical and professional responsibility issues for attorneys during and in reaction to impeachment proceedings. He will lay out the basics of the process as well as offer some nonpartisan tips and tricks for attorneys who will be involved in the political sphere.
