High Crimes and Misdemeanors: A Panel on the Dual Impeachments of Donald Trump

Please join the Penn Law and Columbia Law ACS Student Chapters on Tuesday, March 9 from 12:00 - 1:30 PM EST for a broad panel of lawyers and constitutional experts, who will discuss the twin impeachments of Donald Trump. 

Panelists: 

Michael Dreebeen (Partner, O'Melveny & Myers LLP) is a former Deputy Solicitor General and was a member of the Mueller team.

Daniel S. Goldman served as counsel during the first impeachment

Andrew D. Goldstein (Partner, Cooley LLP) is a former chief at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for SDNY and was a member of the Mueller team.

Mark Tushnet (Harvard Law School Professor) is a foremost constitutional scholar

Sara Zdeb is Chief Oversight Counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, leading a team in conducting oversight of the Executive Branch.
