Anti-CRT Legislation: Exploring Crackdowns on Speech in the Classroom

Visiting Lecturer Radhe Patel will deliver a lecture on the impact and legality of various state laws that are limiting what public school teachers can say in their classrooms. She has previously handled cases for teachers facing discipline for teaching books like To Kill a Mockingbird or acknowledging same-sex relationships in middle and high school classrooms.
