ACS Washigton, DC: Salinas v. Commercial Interiors: Challenging Wage Theft, Creating Accountability

Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll, Washington, DC

Join the Washington, DC Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society, the Public Justice Center, Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll, James & Hoffman, the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association, the National Lawyers Guild - DC Chapter, and Outten & Golden for an evening happy hour and discussion.

The conversation will analyze the years-long strategy behind Salinas v. Commercial Interiors, which successfully challenged the standard for joint employment in wage cases, as well as the joint employment standard adopted by the Fourth Circuit and its potential to enhance the remedial purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Join us to consider how effective legal strategies and partnerships make lasting change.
