This presentation will be led by a panel including Katherine Grainger, Managing Partner at Civitas Public Affairs Group; Jessie Hill, Associate Dean for Research and Faculty Development, ACS Faculty Advisor, and the Judge Ben C. Green Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law; and Kersha Deibel, President & CEO of Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio Region. Together, our panelists will discuss how Ohioans will be affected by the looming United States Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health and the potential overturning of Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey.
