This week, the House Committee on the Judiciary will hear testimony from Attorney General Jeff Sessions. As the nation’s leading legal officer and as former chairman of the National Security Advisory Committee for the Trump Campaign, the Attorney General is in a unique position to advance public understanding of issues emerging in the ongoing inquiries into Russian interference in the 2016 election. In light of the upcoming Judiciary Committee hearing, the ACS-CREW Presidential Investigation Education Project[1] offers the following key questions for the Attorney General.
