ACS General Body Meeting

The Roger Williams School of Law ACS Chapter's first General Body meeting of the Spring Semester will include introductions to the class representatives and an overview of upcoming events and meetings this semester. All Roger Williams Law Students are welcome to attend.

Talk with Keith Bradley

The event will be a discussion with Keith Bradley on the judicial appointment process, and the current vacancy in the Colorado Supreme Court. Keith Bradley is co-chair of the Appellate & Supreme Court Practice at Squire Patton Boggs. He represents companies and individuals in appeals before federal and state courts and has argued before the Supreme Court and appeals courts across the country. He specializes in challenges to regulatory policy, such as Administrative Procedure Act litigation. He has achieved substantial results in litigation across a spectrum of agencies, including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Energy (DOE), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and more. He has argued and prevailed in federal appeals courts across the country and the US Supreme Court

Join the American Constitution Society and Criminal Law Society for a co-hosted panel featuring public defenders from the Missouri State Public Defender. Panelists will discuss their day-to-day work representing indigent clients, their career paths in public defense, and broader insights into the criminal legal system in Missouri and beyond. This event is intended to provide students with practical and professional perspectives on public defense as a career. Lunch will be provided.
