ACS Nashville: 2023 Annual U.S. Supreme Court Preview

On September 14th, please join the ACS Nashville Chapter at Holland & Knight for a discussion with Melissa Murray on the 2023-2024 U.S. Supreme Court Term. Melissa Murray is the Frederick I. and Grace Stokes Professor of Law at New York University School of Law and Faculty Director of the Birnbaum Women's Leadership Network. She is a co-author of “Cases and Materials on Reproductive Rights and Justice,” the first reproductive rights and justice casebook; and a co-host of the Strict Scrutiny Podcast. A member of the American Law Institute, in 2017, Murray was appointed to the ACS National Board of Directors.

HSM welcomes all law journal staff members in the Miami area to join practicing attorneys, professors, and members of the judiciary for drinks and appetizers, to engage in a discussion of potential topics for law review and journal articles

Members of the judiciary and practitioners will be introduced, and students will be encouraged to follow up with the judges and practitioners working in the fields that most interest them.
