Join ACS Rutgers Newark volunteers help register voters at the Collingswood Public Library in Collingswood, NJ!
The chapter will be collaborating with the RUC Votes Coalition (RUCVC), a Rutgers-Camden’s student-led, non-partisan organization focused on increasing student, faculty, and staff voter engagement and voter education. Working with our campus partners like NJPIRG and Student Government Association and local partners like the League of Women Voters, RUCVC looks to institutionalize a culture of civic engagement throughout the campus for this semester and beyond.
Through our lived experience, LAJ is dedicated to transforming the criminal legal system through data-driven strategic litigation and providing holistic mental health support for wrongfully convicted individuals. Come join the Executive Board of Life After Justice (including ACS Vice President of Network Advancement Meghan Paulas) and ACS Senior Director of Chapters Peggy Li) for a cocktail!
Featuring Fireside Chat with Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and LAJ Co-Founder Jarret Adams (Law Offices of Jarrett Adams), moderated by attorney Quinncy McNeal (Husch Blackwell)
