The Second Amendment and Gun Regulation Post-Bruen

Join the American Constitution Society (ACS) for a thought-provoking discussion on gun regulation and the Second Amendment in a post-Bruen landscape. We’ll be joined by Professor Saul Cornell, a leading scholar on the Second Amendment, and Mark Frassetto, a representative and litigator from Everytown for Gun Safety. The discussion, moderated by Penn Law ACS President Carson Turner, will examine how the NYSRPA v. Bruen decision has shaped recent Second Amendment litigation and regulatory approaches.
