Student Presentation: Angela Rofael Speaks on Abolition
Angela Rofael will lead the discussion, starting with a PowerPoint and then opening up the floor for further discussion. We will explore the connections between past struggles and modern-day issues like mass incarceration, shedding light on how these systems continue to oppress marginalized communities. We will examine how abolitionist ideas challenge the prison industrial complex and push for real change.
