Legal Observer Training
In conjunction with the National Lawyers Guild, the American Constitution Society at the University of Cincinnati College of Law is providing Legal Observer training. In order to promote free speech and First Amendment values, Legal Observers creates documentation during events which can later be use in defense cases, public statements, and litigation which aims to hold law enforcement agencies accountable for the actions of their officers.

Join the ACS UHLC Chapter for a panel featuring Zaakir Tameez, author of 'Charles Sumner: Conscience of a Nation,' and two UHLC faculty, Professor Andrew Lanham and Professor Martin Siegel. The panel will discuss Zaakir's book, Charles Sumner's legacy, and what lessons we can take from his fight against slavery to the modern day.
