Guest Speakers Professor Eskow, Professor Sepper, and Professor Grove will review, discuss, and provide insight into the most recent slate of Supreme Court decisions. Furthermore, they will illustrate how these decisions exemplify broader legal trends across the later years of the Roberts Court. There is no need to RSVP.
General Body Meeting
This is our first ACS meeting of the 2025-2026 school year at Belmont University College of Law. It will be a general body meeting, and all ACS members and affiliates are welcome to join. We will introduce the board for the school year as well as discuss upcoming chapter events.

A Conversation with Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan (VA-04)
The UVA Law Chapter(s) of the American Constitution Society (ACS), Black Law Students Association (BLSA), and Women of Color (WOC) are honored to host Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan (UVA Law ’97) for a student-moderated conversation on civil rights, legal advocacy, and public service. This event will provide law students and faculty with an opportunity to hear directly from one of Virginia’s most impactful public servants on her experience as a legislator, attorney, and alumna of UVA Law.
Public Interest Networking
Students at the University of Texas School of Law will network with Public Interest Lawyers, the ACS Student Chapter at Texas Law, and various other Public Interest Organizations. This event provides a unique opportunity for budding Public Interest Lawyers and students who want to pursue Public Interest, to learn more about how to shape their career and how they can get involved in Public Interest Organizations at Texas Law.
