WVA v. EPA and its Implications

Crown 280A, Stanford, California

The Stanford Chapter of the American Constitution Society (ACS) and the Environmental Law Society (ELS) invite you to join us for a lunch talk on October 11th to discuss what West Virginia v. EPA means for the administrative state and our planet. This is the first in a series of events this week supported by ACS, ELS, and SLSCA on the state of environmental law after West Virginia v. EPA and the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act. Panelists will include SLS Professor Deborah Sivas and UC Hastings Professor Dave Owen. Food will be provided upon RSVP.
