White Supremacy and Law Enforcement Culture

ACLU, along with ACS, NLG, Collaboration for Justice, and Street Law are hosting a panel on how white supremacy is baked into law enforcement culture. Panelists UIC John Marshall Law School Professor Kim Ricardo, an anonymous Chicagoland Police Officer, Western Washington University Professor Peter Pihos, and Northwestern Law Professor Juliet Sorenson aim to discuss institutional racism within policing itself and how individual white supremacists are able to exist within law enforcement.
