Join ACS and WLSA for "Where We Stand: 'Stand Your Ground' Laws in 2018."
In honor of October being Domestic Violence Awareness Month, American Constitution Society and Women Law Students Association will host Marvin Lim for a presentation. Lim is a Consulting Attorney for the Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence, and he has previously worked at the ACLU and the ACLU of Georgia. He will speak on the current status of Stand Your Ground laws and how they interact with Constitutional rights, including the Second Amendment.
