Join the ACS UChicago Law Student Chapter as we host Professor William Birdthistle for a lunch discussion of the 2026 midterm elections. Professor Birdthistle has served as Director of the Division of Investment Management at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 2021-2024. 

Professor Birdthistle will review the results and look at what they may mean for law and policy in the coming years. A question-and-answer session with students will follow.
