Title 42 and its Implications

The Stanford Chapter of the American Constitution Society (ACS), the Stanford Immigration and Human Rights Law Association (SIHRLA), and the Stanford Latinx Law Students Association (SLLSA) invite you to join us for a lunch discussion about Title 42 on January 19th (location within the law school campus TBD). The conversation will discuss challenges to the Trump and Biden administrations' use of Title 42 to prevent asylum-seekers from claiming asylum at the southern border. Panelists will include Professor Jennifer Chacón, human rights lawyer and migration policy researcher Julia Neusner, and human rights activist Mohamed Mussa. Food will be provided upon RSVP.
