The Jewish Founding Father: Hamilton & The Politics of Faith

Constitutional law historian Andrew Porwancher will discuss how Alexander Hamilton's surprising religious upbringing influenced the founding father's stances on religious freedom and church-state relations.

A response by UVA Law's Micah Schwartzman, a religion and law expert, will follow.
