The Future of the Mueller Investigation After Sessions

Professor Barb McQuade will focus on the role of the AG in the investigations/what power he has and how Matthew Whitaker might help or hinder Mueller and his team going forward. Since Whitaker is also on record as potentially hostile to the investigation, students may also have questions on recusal, who makes that decision, and whether public pressure could affect whether Whitaker recuses himself.
