The Future of Gerrymandering

Scott Keller, former Solicitor General for the State of Texas. Mr. Keller will discuss the future of election law with regard to redistricting and partisan gerrymandering after the landmark case of Abbott v. Perez, which he argued last term in front of the Supreme Court. Professor Pam Karlan will provide commentary.
