Supreme Court Moot - Timbs v. Indiana

Wesley Hottot of the Institute for Justice will moot his upcoming Supreme Court oral argument on behalf of the petitioner in Timbs v. Indiana. He will argue that the Eighth Amendment’s excessive fines clause is incorporated against the states under the Fourteenth Amendment. Co-sponsored by the Harvard ACS Chapter of the American Constitution Society, the Federalist Society, and the Harvard Law Review. Dinner served.
