Stanford Law School - ACS Presents... Voting Rights in 2026

Our speakers will be Christine Sun, Senior Vice President of Legal at the States United Democracy Center and former Legal and Policy Director of the ACLU of Northern California, who will join in person; and Sophia Lin Lakin, Director of the ACLU’s Voting Rights Project, who will join via Zoom.

Our moderator will be Professor Persily, the James B. McClatchy Professor of Law at Stanford Law, who has published extensively on voting rights, election administration, and the law of democracy.
