Second Chances: Reflections from Darnell Epps

After serving a 17-year sentence, Darnell Epps — a senior at Cornell and a former student of the Cornell Prison Education Program — will reflect on his educational pursuits, his mentors, and second chances. Darnell has worked as a research assistant for the Cornell Center for the Study of the Death Penalty Worldwide, and his writings have been published in the New York Times, The Harvard Blackletter Law Journal, and the New York Daily News.
