SCOTUS Preview

ACS will be hosting a SCOTUS lookback panel. The panel will be reviewing and discussing some of the impactful decisions handed down by SCOTUS during the last 2022-2023 term, including 303 Creative v. Elenis, Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard, and Biden v. Nebraska. The speakers will be Penn professors, tentatively including Professor Tobias Wolf, Professor Cara McClellan, and Professor Cary Coglianese.
