Please join ACS for a panel discussion on the Supreme Court that will both look back at last term’s major cases and preview the term ahead. Topics of discussion will include: voting rights and gerrymandering, the intersection of free speech and religious liberty, immigration law, separation of powers, and several important federalism issues. Cases covered: Masterpiece Cake Shop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission, Janus v. AFSCME, Trump v. Hawaii and others. Panelists are University of Pennsylvania Law School Sharswood Fellow Bridget Fahey and Professor Anil Kalhan and Associate Professor Tabatha Abu El-Haj, both from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
