ACS Dallas-Ft. Worth: SB 147 Panel: A Reprisal of Alien Land Laws?

Our esteemed panelists will discuss the Federal and State constitutionality of the proposed bill, its mirroring of bigoted Alien Land Laws that banned Asian immigrants from owning property and establishing businesses, and the overall policy implications of this bill on our immigrant communities.
