Representing Immigrants Under Public Charge Regulation
WCC 2004 Classroom
Join ACS and immigration attorney Emily Leung for a discussion of the way in which recent policy regulation and litigation around the changing meaning of “public charge” for immigration purposes has affected individuals on the ground. Attorney Leung will further discuss her work as an immigration attorney with the Justice Center of Southeast Massachusetts and the concrete effects of both new and longstanding immigration policies on those seeking entry to the United States.
Lunch from Greek Corner will be served.
