Racism in the Law: Reproductive Rights

Join the Arizona Law ACS Student Chapter as we welcome Professor Matsumura, who will be leading a discussion about how the law has created, upheld, and enforced racial discrimination surrounding the area of reproductive rights. We will be addressing topics such as American violations of international human rights treaties because of the treatment of Black women's reproductive rights, the disparity in birth complications between WOC and white women, and access to surrogacy.
