Progressive Prosecution and Federalism with Kim Foxx

Kim Foxx, State's Attorney for Cook County will join our chapter for a lunch discussion of progressive prosecution and federalism. In her role as State's Attorney, Kim Foxx manages the nation's second largest prosecutor's office. Kim Foxx is a leader of the reform-minded movement of prosecutors seeking to change the culture of criminal prosecution toward more restorative and less punitive approaches. We hope to get her opinions on progressive prosecution and federalism at this discussion.
