Professor Daniel P. Tokaji: Three Dimensions of the Right to Vote

Please join the Toledo Law Chapter's special guest, Professor Daniel P. Tokaji. Professor Tokaji will give his lecture: Three Dimensions of the Right to Vote. Professor Tokaji is from the Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law. He is a nationally recognized authority on the law of elections and democracy. He is the author of "Election Law in a Nutshell" (2013), and co-author of "Election Law: Cases and Materials" (5th ed. 2012) and "The New Soft Money" (2014). He will be lecturing on voting rules; redistricting (specifically, gerrymandering); and money in politics post-Citizens United.
