Professor Banks and The Florence Project: A Discussion on Asylum Law

Golden McCarthy and Lauren Kostes from The Florence Project will join Professor Angela Banks, Charles J. Merriam Distinguished Professor of Law for ASU, to survey the current state of affairs in immigration law as well as providing for a discussion on asylum law, how the Trump Administration is enacting policies contrary to fundamental Constitutional values of equality and rule of law, and what that means for all sides going forward.
