UGA ACS is proud to host Andrés Lopez-Delgado to discuss civil rights litigation in Georgia’s jails and prisons. Andrés is lead counsel for the ACLU of Georgia on two ADA class actions on behalf of Deaf and hard of hearing individuals who are presently incarcerated or on post-release supervision and on a Section 1983 class action challenging the Clayton County Jail’s inadequate response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
