Penn Law ACS Presents: The Case for Abolishing the Death Penalty

Please join Pennsylvania death penalty expert Marc Bookman and our very own Professor David Rudovsky on Tuesday, November 9 at noon in Tannenbaum 145 for a discussion of potential paths to abolishing the death penalty in Pennsylvania and beyond, as well as the moral and practical imperatives for doing so.

Marc Bookman is the co-founder of the Atlantic Center for Capital Representation and is author of the recently published book “A Descending Spiral: Exposing the Death Penalty in 12 Essays.” Bookman also spent 17 years with the Defender Association of Philadelphia.
