Path to the Bench with Judge Sara Ellis

Judge Sara Ellis will join ACS at the Law School to discuss her Path to the Bench and advice for law students. Judge Ellis was born in Ontario, Canada to Jamaican born parents. She became a naturalized US citizen at the age of 15. After attending law school at Loyola University, Judge Ellis served as a staffer on the Federal Defender Program. She later worked in white collar criminal defense and for Chicago's Department of Law. We are thrilled to host Judge Ellis and hope to allow a good amount of time for Q&A.
