NYU - Professor Diego A. Zambrano book talk: "How Americans Enforce the Law"

Furman Hall, 3rd Floor, New York, NY

Professor Diego A. Zambrano (Stanford Law School) will be joining ACS at NYU for a discussion of his new book coming out in October with Stanford University Press, How Americans Enforce the Law (https://www.sup.org/books/law/how-americans-enforce-law)

The book argues that Americans regulate large swaths of social and economic life -- antitrust, environmental law, securities, government fraud -- through private litigation rather than administrative bureaucracy, and it traces the history, theory, and public law consequences of that system, with some comparative material as well.Â
