McGirt v. Oklahoma: Is Half of Oklahoma about to go back to Native American Tribes?

McGirt v. Oklahoma, a pending case before the U.S. Supreme Court, turns on whether three million acres of eastern Oklahoma still comprise the Muskogee (Creek) Nation's reservation.
