Lunch With Judge William A. Fletcher

The Stanford Chapter of the American Constitution Society (ACS) invites you to join us for lunch with Judge William A. Fletcher, a senior judge on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on February 8th, at 12:45 PM in Crown 95. This will be a free-flowing conversation, but topics will likely include his judicial philosophy and approach to statutory and constitutional interpretation, his perspective on the proper role of a circuit judge, his career and path to becoming a judge, his most memorable cases, and his thoughts on legal trends.
