Legacy Admissions and Their Constitutional Implications: A Coffee Chat with Professor Schlanger and Dean Z

 In the wake of the scandal surrounding admissions at selective institutions, the Education Law and Policy Society is excited to host a coffee chat that discusses the legacy admissions issue generally and also what its potential implications might be from an equal protection standpoint. Dean Zearfoss will be there to discuss her experience and perspective on the pressures associated with selective admissions in higher education. Professor Schlanger will be there to offer her thoughts on whether there might be equal protection implications for institutions engaged in legacy admissions.
