Justice Has A Voice Symposium

The Children and Family Justice Center, in collaboration with Cabrini Green Legal Aid, will be hosting a full-day symposium, JUSTICE HAS A VOICE, on Tuesday, October 30, in Thorne Auditorium. The Symposium will include a keynote by DeAnna Hoskins, President and CEO of JustLeadershipUSA, as well as breakout sessions facilitated by experts on the topics of reproductive justice in the criminal system, the collateral consequences of arrest and conviction, and the impact of the juvenile and criminal systems on young people. Reception to follow in the Bluhm Legal Clinic Student Area. This event is cosponsored by the Women's Incarceration Project, Northwestern Student Chapter of the American Constitution Society, Women's Leadership Coalition, Northwestern University Human Rights Project (NUHRP), and the National Lawyers Guild (NLG).
