Impeachment Panel

Our very own Professors David A. Strauss and Alison L. LaCroix will be joining us to discuss the impeachment. Dean Richard H. McAdams will be facilitating/moderating the event. Our goal with this event is to contextualize the impeachment events (particularly for those students who have not taken Con Law) and to discuss the legal, constitutional, and structural implications of the impeachment.
