Heidi Kitrosser and Richard Painter Discuss the Mueller Report

Two professors at Minnesota Law School will discuss recent events following the completion of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report on Russian interference in the 2016 election. Professor Heidi Kitrosser, an expert in constitutional law, will explain the first amendment and executive privilege implications of the report. Professor Richard Painter, and expert in government ethics, will discuss ethics law issues related to the report.
