Gun Policy Panel

This panel will feature Professor Ric Simmons as the moderator to provide constitutional background on the Heller and McDonald decisions. Tara Talgar from Moms Demand to discuss their lobbying efforts and activism, and Crystal Turner, who lost both of her children to gun violence. The panel will discuss the efforts to enact progressive gun control legislation in Ohio - including the concept of 'losing forward' and pushing back against more conservative efforts around gun rights.
