Guest Speaker: Moore v. Harper and the Independent State Legislature Theory

Olivia Molodanof is UC Law SF alum and associate at Hogan Lovells. Olivia will speak about her recent experience representing Common Cause in Moore v. Harper. Her team briefed and argued the case on behalf of Common Cause in front of the United States Supreme Court, focusing on the illegitimacy of the Independent State Legislature theory and the judiciary's role in cases involve gerrymandering.
